Methods

This page presents numerical tools for the statistical analysis of single-particle trajectories. You are free to download the corresponding Matlab codes. Whenever you use the downloaded codes, it is mandatory to acknowledge the owner(s) or the author(s) created them (e.g., citing the paper in which the method is presented). The acknowledgment of the INADILIC site is also welcomed, while the site coordinator would appreciate receiving the related publications.
